45 Second Radio Story

A honeymoon night is a night to remember, especially if your car gets high- jacked, which is definitely something no one wants on their honeymoon night. Last night 21- year- old Alan Ticas Soto high- jacked a car with a woman waiting on her husband by a Taco Bell for a late night snack on their honeymoon night. According to police and Sheryl Wolcott a San Mateo County Deputy District Attorney, Soto told them he had been taking methamphetamines for three days straight.

Sheryl Wolcott: No attorney has yet been assigned to Ticas-Soto's case by the county private defender program. If he's found guilty, Ticas-Soto could face up to nine years in state prison. (:13)

The preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for May 10th.
